Very very POOR!!! customer service spoke to a gentlemen by the name of Aiden who was helpful who stated he will speak to the technical team and get back to me, that did not happen i then sent another email and spoke to a employee by the name Jo who stated they are as they are shown on the website which is fine however I don’t want to hear the same thing again repeatedly there was no actual explanation as to why the discs patterns are different either side. Which now takes me to calling in later in the afternoon to be speaking to another employee not sure of the name may have been ‘Karen’ who stated she is not keen to keep going round in circles sniggering on the phone and stated she was the general manager at which I was appalled to what level of customer service I am getting speaking to a general manager I have asked for a official stamped letter stating she is a general manager as to which I believe she is not because a general manager should not be speaking in this type of manner or tone

Very helpful with my order and tracking of my Discs, Discs look great on the car now I went for the C-hook ones great price aswell 10/10 mtec

Bought discs & pads for rear of my mk5 golf there that good I'm ordering front ones well worth the up grade realy happy will highly recommend 👍

Got a set ordered and within. 7days arrived. Went for black coated and drilled. Not unhappy as they arrived and were fitted quickly. First day impression are they are decent quality and look. Perfect for my BMW X3 3.0d

Never delivered told me to wait for a letter from courier I’ve received nothing 3 months on and now not replying

Excellent customer service. I was looking for something niche and they sent me tec drawings to ensure I would be buying the correct items. All items arrived quickly and well packaged. Cannot recommend these guys enough. Well done and keep up the great work.

Phoned up as they have so many style designs and coatings and they were very helpful and knowledgeable. They have discounts on their website so ordered there and received a couple of days later. Will use again.

Worst company ever. Firstly they send my order after nearly a week, and my emails with questions where is my order. Second when they send my order never arrived. Third they using useless parcelforce. Never use mtec.

I bought some j hook brakes back in July, I wanted something different for my bmw m140 and had been recommended these so have them a go. Would recommend this company as I had a few questions to ask and they responded very quickly and were very helpful. I’m happy with the brakes and how they perform so would buy again!

Very easy to purchase correct disks / pads and sensors required, bought in december 2022 only just had time to fit and they are perfect. Quality products Great customer service and price. 10 / 10 from me will only buy from these guys now. Thankyou, I forgot to mention, online i had a nice discount too.

I purchased 2 piece j hook discs for my scirocco and fitted them recently and these discs are quite frankly dangerous. i paid over £500 for the pair. The stopping power is non existent, they are also very loud. There is also heavy vibrations under braking. I emailed customer service and they basically told me i had bedded them in wrong. If i could give less than 1 star review I would. Avoid mtec.

Been running mtec discs for a while now.
My track Clio has the Scenic 2 V6 300mm discs with brembo 4 pots and PBS pads the discs have taken some extreme abuse 20 track days and 10 sets of pads the discs and are now as thin as a wafer and the grooves are gone so I'll be in touch to replace soon.
Fitted some discs to the TOW car (Mondeo ST) in May 22 Unfortunately one disc became warped. Being in the motor trade pre and post DTI measurements of the hub flanges and discs made the warranty process simple and the customer support team have done their best to resolve the issue quickly and send out a replacement under warranty. Make sure your qualified installer measures your run outs and replaces worn or out of spec parts before fitting your new brakes.
